Who we are

Tender Sniper is a UK tender-alert service. Contact: hello@tendersniper.co.uk.

Business outreach emails

We occasionally send one-off emails to UK limited companies about specific live government tenders that appear to match their trade. We do this under the "corporate subscriber" provisions of PECR and the legitimate-interest basis of UK GDPR. The contact details we use are generic business addresses (e.g. info@) gathered from public sources: OpenStreetMap, Companies House and company websites.

We contact any address at most twice, ever.
Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately and permanently.
We store only: the business email, business name, and a record of when we contacted you.

Subscribers

If you subscribe we store your email, business name, chosen trades and areas, and billing status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Unsubscribing or cancelling removes you from all sending lists.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can object to processing, by emailing hello@tendersniper.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Data sources & retention

Tender data is public sector information from Contracts Finder, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Outreach contact records are deleted after 12 months. Suppression (unsubscribe) records are kept indefinitely so we never email you again.
